I want to thank Plunkett Caldwell for his followup report. He answered only a portion of what I asked, but what he provided was well told and substantial. He identified sources unknown to me and I am grateful for that as well. If the rest of what I asked for gives him no pleasure or bores him, I will accept that. Yet like puppy wagging his tail, I eagerly await whatever scrap of information he can lay at my feet. I was disappointed not to locate the survey elsewhere on the internet. But the muster roll is covered fairly well.
