Have you come across any Caldwells who may have immigrated from Scotland to Canada?

I am looking for a Jane or Mary Jane that was born in Scotland abt 1839ish to Thomas and Jane Caldwell. They begin and end in Canada I am having a great deal of trouble getting much out of Canadian records.

Mary Jane (or Jane) married John Cooper in Bruce County, Ontario on 5 Dec, 1860. Any info or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
