RESEARCH TO DO: Letter from David Faris, 29 Apr 1975, enclosed a letter from Gary Black, which in turn enclosed a letter from Mrs. S.M. (Betty) Kranich, 319 Jackson St., Olyphant, PA 18447 which contained an unproven record of the father of John A. Black:

Rockbridge co, VA; Greene co, Ohio; Warren co, Ill in 1838. He lived in Monmouth for 3 years then moved to Henderson, Ill. He died there.
