My name is Cathy Caldwell Powers. I am the 8thggrandaughter of Captain John Caldwell and Margaret Phillips founders of the "Caldwell Settlement". My father was Boley Harvey Caldwell III and between us we have been doing research for over 30 years. There is still much to learn.
